Smashfest at Mogwai's (Stamford, CT) on Sat. 9/27 5:00, don't come early!

Alright, so Pakman's coming up to my place this weekend and we're going to Alukard's tournament on Sunday. While he's in the area though, he wants a piece of what we got so that he can OH GIRL you all. In the interest of that, I'm gonna hold a smashfest at my apartment on Saturday before Alukard's. There will be smash, starcraft and quite possibly cold ones there, so I'm hoping to see some of CT at the very least there.

I'll have somewhat limited space for housing, but I'll try to accommodate as many people as I can to go to Alukard's tourney. I'm guessing with sleeping bags and stuff, I could actual house a good number of people(5,6ish, can probably stretch to some more), but the couch space will be limited. And even if you don't want to spend Sunday smashing it up in North NJ, I want to see some local CT faces here for some good old fashion melee.

Anyone who has a laptop and is interested in starcraft, we will most likely be setting up a lan at some point in the night to lay down some intergalactic whoop-ass as well, so if you're interested in that, let me know.

My friend used to argue that Starcraft is inferior because you don't launch nukes using a laser pointer....

In a game if I had to pick reality vs balance I'd choose balance everytime.

I wouldn't want to discourage you from coming on Saturday night for the smashfest GOTM, but yea, Pakman and I will be involved in things that require being 21 and super nerdy Friday night and Saturday morning->early afternoon.

Turns out I'm free tomorrow so I should be going to this, it sounds awesome. I should be able to bring a setup and recording equipment.
