Smash with B.A.E. Smash 4 Monthly!
Due to the ever busy PA Smash 4 tournament schedule of February, we'll instead be running BAE twice in March, the first and last Sundays of March.
We'll call this March Madness, Part 1.
Now that Smash with BAE is an established monthly in PA, we'll feature Smash with BAE T-Shirts to show your BAE pride! T-Shirts will be available at this upcoming event, and you'll be paying what we're paying
Registration:
Signups and the store will be open at 10:30 am
Doubles Side Event begins at 12:00 pm
Singles Main Event begins at 2:30 pm
Tournament Structure:
There will be both 1-on-1 and Doubles Battle Event.
Singles and Doubles will both be a Double Elimination Bracket
Venue Fee: $5, this includes FREE pizza for all players!
First 10 people to bring their own full set up (Wii U & copy of Smash 4, GC Adapter, TV/Monitor) will have their venue fee waived!
Entry Fee: $10 for the 1-on-1, $10 per doubles team ($5 per person)
We'll be continuing to run our side-event this tournament, SUPER HYPER VALUE FREE FOR ALL:
- $2 entry, 4 players per game
- 3 stock, 8 minutes
- 1st place gets $10 in store credit
- 2nd place gets free entry into another round
*This event will be running all day long
Prizes: All entry fee will go towards the prize pool. Ex: 70 Players = $700 guaranteed in the prize pool.
Payouts for the Singles event will be Top 8, with 100% of event entry paid out in cash.
Payout percentages:
1st - 50%
2nd - 20%
3rd - 12%
4th - 8%
5th (2 players) - 3.5%/3.5%
7th (2 players) - 1.5%/1.5%
*9th-12th place will receive $10 store credit.
*13th-16th place will be given $5 in store credit.
Payouts for the Doubles Side Event will be:
1st: 60%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 10%
4th: $10 in store credit per person, ($20 total)
Extra setups will be needed to help run a smoother event, and will be super appreciated
