Because this is the first Tourney, the brackets will simply be in order of joining ^^...alls fair that way.

After the first tourney, Seeding will determine placement.

Hurry and get your matches done...all first round matches must be done by Dec 24!!!





I’m going to host a quick (hopefully) tourney before the New Years, there will only be 8 spots open, and it will be restricted to CANADA AND THE USA ONLY!

If this tourney works as I hope it will, I will host more, AND keep track of the wins in order to develop a tournament based ladder!

You must finish your match within 3 days of the bracket post/update...if you don’t think you’ll be able to do so…DO NOT ENTER!

If you fail to finish a match before the 3 days, you’ll forfeit that match and be pushed into the loser brackets. If you fail to complete you’re loser bracket match within 4 days, you’ll be disqualified completely.

Players who register MUST be able to HOST P2P as this Tourney is P2P ONLY

This tournament will start as soon as we reach 8 registered players!

Double Elimination
All matches are best of 3, with finals best of 5.

5 stock, 10 min Time limit

No excessively STALLING a match! If caught doing so, you will be asked to stop with a warning. If you continue to do so, you will forfeit the match.
Items OFF

Stages available: Peach's Castle, Hyrule Temple, Saffron City, Dreamland and Congo Jungle.

If a player plays Ness; he may demand a repick if Saffron City is selected as a random stage, however if the opponent is the loser he has the right it counter-pick Saffron City.

All other stages banned

First round stage is random unless players can agree upon a stage

Advanced Slob Picks - Loser may choose the next stage or elect to go to random, then winner may choose to change characters, then loser may change characters

Speaking of which, I don't have nets now. I played Surri at my relatives [and it lagged], but now I'm back home. I'm leeching neighbor nets, but it's slooooooow [slower than my relatives even, and way more unstable].

It's either technical difficulties or because my parents didn't pay [often happens, when that happens, nets can be gone for a random amount of time, one day to two weeks]. So, how much time do I got before I automatically head for the losers bracket.

Last time you fought me, I lost badly to Surri too. You have not fought me in a while.

But the reason is right. He fought me at my relatives. Unstable nets. There were pockets, especially in the final match. There were times we were standing still or dancing around because it was unplayable.

Me - Surri
1st: Mario vs Pika on Hyrule [Lost solid]
2nd: Ness vs Fox on Dreamland [VERY lucky on my part, I was being edgeguarded on my final stock and he jumped into Ness' dair]
3rd: Mario vs Pika on Peach's Castle [Won solid, but laaaaaaaaaaag]

In the 1st and final match, I picked Mario for fear of a Ness vs Pika matchup. That rat is scary.

well seeing as you won the first won, the next round has to be finished by the 27-28th (second round)

People who haven't finished their first round match (winner bracket only), you have till the 24th so hurry :o
