Smash decay for the Ice Climbers?

You guys might've heard about this. Basically, you use stale moves to create more combo-friendly moves. So how can the Ice Climbers use this?

Any ideas are welcome.

I can't really see it helping... though since I use Sheik a lot now too, almost every other character's decays don't seem to be too helpful compared to hers.
