It claims to be the Japanese NTSC ISO, and it has a few seeders/leachers

I can't link to it but just google smash bros. brawl iso torrent and I clicked the second result.

I'm not getting my hopes up, but that doesn't mean I don't believe you. Most, if not all, of the torrents CLAIM to be Brawl, but end up being either virus bugs or Super Mario Strikers: Charged
