Here is my response to those 10 questions.

1. Yes

4. Not good because of slow pace in online.

6. Rick from 'Splatterhouse' game, 'Capcom' characters, 'SNK' characters, 'Marvel' characters, 'DC' characters, Olimar's brother from 'Pikmen', 'Castlevania' characters, more 'Fire Emblem' Characters, Little Mac from 'Punch Out', 'Virtua Fighter' characters, Pac-Man, Ms.Pac-Man, Mr.Driller, Vectorman, Ray-man, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, and Jill from 'Drill Dozer'.
7. Maybe Mr.Game & Watch, I hope.
8. Mii Upload and designated character upload.
9. I think so.
10. Fire power that I could fly, teleport, and I also could use my Martial Art skills, and I could heal myself while charging myself.

   Yes.

   Erm...something like three? I don't play Brawl that often. SkylerOcon, Xace-K, and Meta-Kirby. If I forgot anyone that I've played with, sorry.
   
3. Are you good at taking on 3 CPUs/players in team battle at any 'Smash Bros' game?
   
   Yes.
   
4. How good are you in online of 'Super Smash Bros Brawl'?
   
   Okay, although I don't play it that often.
   
5. Have you got your account suspended or closed before in 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online?
   
   No.
   
6. What characters did you like to have in SSB4?
   
   You mean "would"?
   
   Anyways, I guess I'd probably go with Banjo Kazooie, Mewtwo, Gandrayda, and Ephraim. That's all I can think of for now.
   
7. What characters that you think has to be removed from SSB4?
   
   Zero Suit Samus. Or at LEAST separate her. If you actually decide to play with Final Smashes, Samus gets gimped.
   
8. What kind of special features that you think would have in SSB4?
   
   Vastly improved stage builder, the option to choose between Brawl physics, new physics, or Melee physics, advanced costumes (like Overalls Wario), and if tripping is included, the option to toggle it.
   
9. Did you think that SSB4 would include uploading your Mii in the game?
   
   If it did, I would not buy it. I'm not joking.
   
10. RIDDLE: What kind of powers did you want to have if someone put you in SSB4?
    
    I wouldn't want to be in SSB4. But I suppose if I were in there, I'd want to be able to have a fully equipped Power Suit, from Super Metroid. (Yes, I'm ripping off Metroid.)
    

By "been to the 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online, I'm assuming you mean I've played it online...just to clarify, since your wording was a bit confusing.

2. How many friends in 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online did you have? List them. None...I used to have some (who I won't bother to list), but now all I have is a shattered Brawl disc (and that's all I want)
3. Are you good at taking on 3 CPUs/players in team battle at any 'Smash Bros' game? It doesn't prove much, but yes
4. How good are you in online of 'Super Smash Bros Brawl'? ...I don't play online...
5. Have you got your account suspended or closed before in 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online? Not in a literal sense, but since I can't play for obvious reasons, I guess that's a form of suspension
6. What characters did you like to have in SSB4? Geno, Krystal, Ridley would be nice, Doc as an alt for Mario, Mewtwo returning, and a NEW GANONDORF >>;
7. What characters that you think has to be removed from SSB4? None...I see no need...
8. What kind of special features that you think would have in SSB4? Mostly what Firus said...I love the idea of choosing between Melee and Brawl physics...but if not, then just Melee physics will do :B
9. Did you think that SSB4 would include uploading your Mii in the game? I hope not >>;
10. RIDDLE: What kind of powers did you want to have if someone put you in SSB4? How is this a riddle? Anyway, I'd have the powers the main character in my story have...not gonna go into detail...

How many friends in 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online did you have? List them. Around 30, I won't bother listing them.

Are you good at taking on 3 CPUs/players in team battle at any 'Smash Bros' game? Yes. Who isn't?

How good are you in online of 'Super Smash Bros Brawl'? Umm...good I guess.

Have you got your account suspended or closed before in 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online? If you mean on SWF, no. If you mean WiFi, no.

What characters did you like to have in SSB4? The characters that got cut, Toon Shiek/Zelda, a good Metroid character, and have alternate costumes for a lot of the characters. (Mario -> Doctor Mario)

What characters that you think has to be removed from SSB4? MetaKnight? No one really.

What kind of special features that you think would have in SSB4? Gameplay better then Brawl, but not as good as Melee, I would like to see a lot of the Melee AT's to return and a GOOD online, and I want 'Board the Platforms' and 'Race to the Finish back'. =D

Did you think that SSB4 would include uploading your Mii in the game? Probably not since I can't see little people beating eachother senseless.

RIDDLE: What kind of powers did you want to have if someone put you in SSB4? I'd wouldn't want myself in a game...but I guess I would have a sword. =O

1. Wifi? Yeah.
2. Alot? I've gone over 64 a few times and had to delete people lol. No u.
3. Barely can take a 2v1, I'm a 1v1 player.
4. Decent if it's green-blue connection. I suck otherwise :3
5. YOU CAN'T GET YOUR BRAWL WIFI BANNED. Know what you're talking about before you ask questions!

2. How many friends in 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online did you have? List them. My friend roster is full so I have 64. Most of them are from SerebiiForums and Youtube while I have 2 from this site.
3. Are you good at taking on 3 CPUs/players in team battle at any 'Smash Bros' game?Indeed I am.
4. How good are you in online of 'Super Smash Bros Brawl'? Pretty good...but not a pro.
5. Have you got your account suspended or closed before in 'Super Smash Bros Brawl' Online? That is never possible.
6. What characters did you like to have in SSB4? No ideas as of yet.
7. What characters that you think has to be removed from SSB4? The only thing I know is that the original 12 will never be removed.
8. What kind of special features that you think would have in SSB4? Hopefully there will be better Nintendo servers to avoid the lag problem.
9. Did you think that SSB4 would include uploading your Mii in the game? Maybe...but that idea sounds cool.
10. RIDDLE: What kind of powers did you want to have if someone put you in SSB4? Mostly the ability to teleport, fly, and involving the use of a sword.
