Otherwise, I'd rather watch a movie about all that (which I won't actually do)

Haven't seen the entire EA-conference, but number 3 was definitely there. EA's conference was basically sports, sports, sports.
Valient Hearts looks interesting, but only if the dog is the protagonist.

I'd rather be bored than be embarrassed and cringe constantly.

I feel the market is oversaturated with them.
I still love Halo and I'll play GoldenEYE on the 64 every now and then but there's so many shooters now I can't get interested in any of them. I find it hard to get excited for Doom 4 out of fear it'll be just another shooter.

Well I still like Halo. It combined so many things together so well and the multiplayer is sensational. To each his own I guess.

I like the Halo series because it's got a colorful atmosphere at times and a really dark atmosphere at others

Some parts are outright cartoonish

Nintendo's showing Zelda and Smas Bros. I can't speak for everyone but they've already 'won' E3 for me.
Sony had better show some interesting stuff because I'm starting to turn away from the PS4.

I liked how Halo was able to combine vehicle combat into it so effortlessly. I also enjoy how in mathces with multiple people each opponent you kill can feel like an intense firefight, not like other shooters where everything is done in 3 shots.

Plus when you have things like Grunt's Birthday party and go on a headshot spree in Gruntpocalypse its pretty hard to not like it just a bit.

Well, we all do know that Nintendo will be talking about Smash, Sonic Boom, and the Pokemon remakes. There won't be much disappointment.

Is Sony expected to show anything interesting? Their conference starts at 3 AM for me and I don't want to stay up that late to be shown nothing.
Microsoft has been the best of the three so far. Not good, but decent.
