I don't think both the 3DS and Wii U subforums have ruleset threads. I tihnk they'll happen once the games are released in Japan.
inb4 Everyone continues to hate the 3DS version because everything has to be on Wii U. Right???

But it has such classics as "I feel as though Sakurai should publicly apologize for creating the 3DS version" and "I imagine Chrom is having a deep heartfelt conversation with Dart Feld right now", and let's not forget "Why did Samus gain so much weight in this game?".
Where would we be if these didn't exist?

Eh, I think the other characters will be confirmed once Smash 3DS is released in Japan.
But then I would be posting on the "The End of Speculation" thread before the game is released.

It's a 3DS tournament, I think. Wii U will be played in grand finals.
