I actually really like SSF2. I got my friends to play it as well. My main on that game is Naruto.
I have no regrets.

Makes better weapons out of the weapons you base them off. They don't get more uses but then can be way better if you have the money for it.

Possibly. I based all of my palettes off of swaps from the Isaac thread. If one of there's is based off of Felix or Jenna, I may have it. Having never played Golden Sun (though I probably should) I have no idea what the colors are referencing, if they are referencing anything at all.

Yes, but it can get very expensive, very quickly. Forging, sadly, does not restore the uses.
