Ikr, its just like.. Wow do you not like how much Sakurai does for us in terms of content? I mean.. REALLY.

These are the same people who said Rosalina would be a Peach clone. They are saying the same for Chrom and heck even SHULK just because he is a JRPG protagonist.

I can't wait to see their surprise

Having played Xenoblade, Shulk is about as standout for a JRPG protagonist as a former military black op member is for an FPS.

Going down the JRPG blond with Xboxhuge weapon archetype checklist, he basically only stands out for having an English accent. Nintendo finally having proprietary rights to their own JRPG blond isn't reason enough to have him in the game in my eyes.

I think he actually stands out as a JRPG protagonist that actually has.. Well some bit of character in a very long time.

Not to mention how unique the Monado itself acts

Last I checked no other blade in the genre can really predict the future.

Maybe if you were to send me a thundercats deal with the Sword of Omens, or some obscure game I'm maybe missing
