I kinda saw Reiner being the Armored Titan too, as in, it was obvious in retrospect. Same for Annie being the Female Titan. The similarities were striking.

As for Bertolt, yeah, that was unexpected, but you know that he and Reiner are close friends and both of them showed up on the attack on the Shinganshina district...

About the Ape Titan, well... that guy's a mystery, but he seems to be able to transform humans into Titans and also possesses leadership skills. I think that he may even be the Big Bad of the whole story.

I have a strong feeling he is actually the big bad, since the other titans obviously aren't the leader of the Titans.

The way the author handled that big reveal was so lame.

I thought that was hilarious how straightforward, cut-to-the-chase it all was. I appreciated the left-fieldness of the reveal and its timing too much to think of it as anticlimatic or lame. XD

So I finished Super Mario 3D World in two days. I feel like I rushed, and I did (Rosalina) but the glory of it is that unlike most games, you don't have to play for hours for it to get good (*cough*Skyward Sword*cough*).

It is seriously amazing.

Oh, yeah. I finished A Link Between Worlds yesterday. I liked it and it's a must have for 3DS owners. I liked how they tweaked the way items work and how less linear the game was. And the soundtrack was GODLY.

I also would have expected there to be some grand cliffhanger reveal when it came to those two. I was thus surprised that they went straight to the point. I found this no-fanfare approach to be rather bold and unexpected from a storytelling perspective - which is I appreciated the reveal as I did. But I can certainly understand how this approach would not have been so well received by others.

I've heard it's soundtrack. Dat Death Mountain and Lorule Field theme. Oh, and Yuga's Battle theme.

I'll probably pick it up when I get an XL.

In all seriousness, it's really hard to tell you without saying any spoilers, because there are spoilers in the first episode, but it's basicly humanity surviving against Giant creatures called Titan's that eat people not for food, but just to kill them.
