Super long answer:

I dunno.
That's an interesting question, because some are located in normal areas like Super Bell Subway and Toad Harbor, and also crazy tracks located in places like Cheese Land and Sweet Sweet Canyon. And some are in between crazy and normal, like Mushroom Gorge (A plain field with giant bouncy mushrooms) and Luigi's Mansion (A mansion, but with ghosts)
Some are unfit for living (Like most Rainbow Roads,Tick Tock Clock and Cloudtop Cruise), some that take place in places more suited for an amusement park/performance/Vacation (Waluigi Pinball, Daisy Cruiser, and Wario Stadium), Some are blatantly dangerous (Broken Pier, Dk Mountain [It has an active volcano]), and some are pretty much made only for Kart racing/car driving/other sports. (Moonview Highway, Toad's Turnpike, and DK Summit}
Also, most of the deserts really don't seem all that hospitable (Except Double Dash's desert in MK8[the one with the Oasis]), and some tracks are more like projects/Build sites (Ice Ice Outpost and Wario's Gold Mine),

There's also the whole "Linked Tracks" thing, such as how Toad Harbor and Super Bell Subway are part of the same city (Which is located under N64 Rainbow Road) Which means that if you were to live in one of those tracks, you'd technically be living in all 3.

And there are some tracks that could be used as technicalities to get another world as an option (Hyrule Circuit, Wuhu Loop, and Animal Crossing)

When it comes to the most hospitable and best tracks to live on, I'd say would be:
Any Track that ends in "Circuit"
Toad Harbor (Super Bell Subway)
Yoshi Valley
DK Jungle Parkway
Rainbow Road 8 (If you like living in space)
Dolphin Shoals
Royal Raceway
Animal Crossing
Neo Bowser City
Mushroom Bridge
Delfino Isle
Moo Moo Farm
Thwomp Ruins (Eh.)
Sweet Sweet Canyon (If you can survive on nothing but sweets)
Cheese Land (If you're not lactose-intolerant)
Shy Guy Baazar
Yoshi Falls (This one is a little haphazard)
Rock Rock Mountain (Specifically the forest section)
Shy Guy Falls (Maybe, I dunno)
And a few others.


As for where I'd want to live...
Probably either Lakeside Park, Rosalina's Ice World, or Royal Raceway.
I dunno. I'd have to think about it for a bit.

This is thinking realistically of course.
If I chose based on what I liked, then my choice would probably be completely different.

I'm still wanting the next movie installment of The Flight Story... The movie was awesome, but sucks it ended on that cliffhanger with Flight and Space Stranger about to fight the giant possum monster to liberate the city of Socialitia.

I mean, heck, they even pulled the exploding salad's fuse before the credits rolled... :4yoshi:

You know, I REALLY want a gif of the Holy Hand Grenade scene of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but with the exploding salad replacing the grenade.

The Flight Story 4 is coming soon. In that movie, it is teased that Flight will get to meet lots of fictional characters. They join him on his quest in order to bring down the monster highway to the danger zone. But who are those characters? You'll find out soon.
