The only thing they have in common is Neutral B and people complain.

Honestly, I'd argue that not even those are the same.
Having used both Lucario and Mewtwo, Shadow ball is slower than aura sphere (I think), but it also hits harder (from the start) without getting more powerful as Mewtwo's damage increases.
Also, I'm not ure if Aura Sphere has it, but (Fully charged) Shadow ball has massive recoil when used in the air.
And I'm not sure if this is true, but doesn't SB charge slower than AS?

Also, as a side note,

speaking of SB's slow movement, reflect wars become common when using Mewtwo.
The best kind of reflect war is when you're using R.O.B, and Mewtwo fires a fully charged SB at you, and Arm rotor reflects it back. Then Mewtwo reflects it back into Arm Rotor, which reflects it back into Mewtwo, dealing 73% damage, and instantly killing the opponent from only 22 percent.

I've completed the full recipe list in SPM, and the Whacka Bump is needed in order to do so. (Roast Whacka Bump)

Whacka even has a tattle, and a Catch Card.

You can find Whacka near the beginning of Chapter 5-1, using Mario (To flip) and Dottie (To access a hole that can only be seen in 3D)
