How to make modern rap music 99.9% tolerable:

The instrumental version

This. So much. I can easily tolerate rap music (I happen to listen to it occasionally) but instrumental versions of them are so much better. My main problem is if rap songs weren't about the same thing, every single time. You get the occasional one that's different, but there's still an over saturation of it.
