I just learned that a scene from Toy Story was cut. Apparently instead of when Woody accidentally gets Buzz sent out the window, he straight up pushes him out after Buzz gives him a handshake.

This is more of @ Space Stranger 's thing, but there was one thing that got me.

Woody was friggin horrible

I don't think I would have liked the movie nearly as much with that

I wouldn't have minded it turning out he purposely got rid of buzz

Yeah, Woody was written to be a complete ass in the original film. The guys at Disney hated it and almost cancelled the film.
