Pretty simple : it's anonymous.
The sites of the deep web are sites that are not indexed in normal stuff like google. So it's really hard for the police to track criminals down there. The sites goes down but goes right back up the minute it disappears. And since it's pratically impossible to track people there, it's hard for the police to catch them. It's still possible though, but it's pretty rare.

Being anonymous on the deep web is a 50/50. You're anonymous yes, but it's still dangerous.

There are deep web substitutes for google though.

Sakurai isn't interested on a sequel and I don't see any other developer picking the series either, so yeah, it's pretty much in limbo... Like a ton of other Nintendo franchises.

Ooh, that anime has a very 90's style. Takes me back.

I knew about it actually. Only had 2 episodes before its cancellation.

The voice actor for Marth in Smash originally did the role for the anime, but Sakurai brought him back for Melee, having used the voice clips for that game for subsequent Smash games.
