It's not that scary. The deep web is actually useful for a lot of people, like real journalists. A lot of the sites there are just straight out fake.

However, if you want to find the weird and disturbing crap, you'll found it way too easily. Murder sites, hitman stuff, and other dark and unpure things are present there. There's even guides to learn how to kill people. Yeah, "How to kill 101", on the deepweb.

If you really want to put yourself in danger, there's IRCs. Y'know, you go on the deep web, a guy gives you a link to an IRC.
Don't go there. That's where the real danger is.

Attack on Titan's anime ended quite differently compared to the manga, although I think the recap films fixed that up. The 2nd season should be a great sequel though and there's enough material where there's a perfect point they can stop at, open for a future inevitable 3rd season.

Seeing as how World Trigger was planned to be 50 episodes from the start, I'm worried it may not get a season 2. There have been various Shounen Jump series that ended at around the 50 - 70 episode with no sequel to cover the rest of their manga counterparts; my personal favourite Sket Dance had 77 episodes and they didn't animate the final 100 chapters or so.

The Attack on Titan anime ended somewhat differently from the manga but didn't completely deviate from it. It was more for presentation and giving off a final episode vibe than anything else.

All the plot points are kept intact and the ending paves way for the same story as the manga.

And yeah, I can see how World Trigger may not get a second season. The series doesn't seem to be too popular to warrant that. I'm keeping up with the manga, so it's not a problem for me.

That is a very good question. I sure hope it isn't a case of "see no evil", or anything. It is apparently hard to track the criminals, obviously, but I feel as though law enforcement has, or should have, the means to lure these people out at the very least.

I don't think it's that easy.
Most people use proxies to visit places like that, so you can't track them, and they're not ones to be easily fooled, either.

And 9GAG is meh. I didn't find a single funny post there. How is it still running, and why does it have an Android app?

Not only proxies, but the deeper you go, the more things you need. Where even a proxy isn't enough.

I know it's next to impossible to track these people, but just because they aren't easily fooled doesn't mean you can't fool them.

The cops just need to actually be intelligent for once when they fish for hit men.

I've read some stuff about it before. Been a while, but yeah, the Internet does have its own dark side, so to speak.

As mentioned by posts above, the deep web isn't easily accessed. Of course, it shouldn't be surprising that it may be home for shady stuff.

A mere mortal likely won't have the means of accessing it. Whoever has presence on the deep web is there intentionally.

It may be hell for normal people, but it's necessary for some.
I'm not encouraging the type of things present in the dark web, but for most people I'm sure they browse it just for curiosity's sake...if it was used for actual criminal activity and criminal inspiration the dark web would likely have shut down by now.

Basically, I'm saying it's a necessary evil. Helps keep the bad stuff away from other sites too.

Pretty simple : it's anonymous.
The sites of the deep web are sites that are not indexed in normal stuff like google. So it's really hard for the police to track criminals down there. The sites goes down but goes right back up the minute it disappears. And since it's pratically impossible to track people there, it's hard for the police to catch them. It's still possible though, but it's pretty rare.

Being anonymous on the deep web is a 50/50. You're anonymous yes, but it's still dangerous.
