Well, unless you can think at Sawnic Speed, you gotta take it slow. Playing too aggressive or too reckless will get you rekt as sonic.

Playing aggressively at all will get one rekt in Smash 4 against any competent opponent. It's almost like one has to force or mindgame his opponent into guaranteed things so he can punish for the game to go anywhere. In that sense, it feels like there's no calculated risks in Smash 4, at least not at top level play.
But you may be right, it's customs Sonic so :P

I like Abadango and Pac-Man because he can brute force his opponent into predictable options via throwing out a lot of moves from setups. It makes the match feel fast paced (even though it's totally not) because the opponent has to do something, especially because they're hard-to-punish projectiles :D
