Any tips on how it should be organized, and what songs I could include?

Off of the top of my head, I'd say do this.

Tornado Man
Splash Woman
Concrete Man
Galaxy Man
Jewel Man
Magma Man

In that order. I think it could work, at least the first two songs will.

Well, regarding the robot masters at least, an order I think would work is starting with the top left robot (Concrete Man) and then go to the next one by weaknesses. So it would go Concrete Man > Splash Woman > Hornet Man > Magma Man > Tornado Man > Plug Man > Jewel Man > Galaxy Man.

1. Include all robot master themes.
2. Take out Splash Woman's theme akin to Bubble Man's exclusion.
3. Throw in Wily's Castle.
4. Mix the F*** out of it.
5. And what do you get?

Yeah, that beginning can be troublesome. But I think Tornado Man's theme flows well into Splash Woman's, which flows well into Concrete Man's. That said, you could base it off a boss order, like what @ Substitution suggested. But if the one in Smash didn't do that, you don't have to either.

I don't play Mega Man games a lot, so the only reason I could recognize most of the themes used in the Mega Man 2 Retro Medley is because I've listened to Hyadain's Mega Man 2 songs about various Robot Masters confessing their love to Mega Man (their themes are used for the melodies) a lot. For example, every time I hear Quickman's theme pop up, I start to sing the lyrics from Hyadain's Quickman song lol.

That being said, where's Heatman and Bubbleman's themes in the medley!?
