At least Spear Pillar has a setting.

Mushroomy Kingdom is even worse. It's bland, it's in the middle of nowhere, it's monotone, and it's a scrolling stage. I don't get why they didn't make it literally Mario themed, which is what it's supposed to be; Mario!

Why Sakurai brought it back to Smash 3DS, I don't know. >_>

Oh, but Spear Pillar was the best choice for a generation IV-themed stage, there's no denying that. The hazards caused by Dialga, Palkia and Cresselia aren't fun at all, but really frustrating to the point of ragequitting.

@ Bedoop : If it makes you feel better, I get a communication error whenever I try to download one of them.

Anything not black is not worth for me because the blick theme helps me with my sight issues.

Anyway, I tough about it and I'll buy smash on wiiu giving me 5$ as bonus, you redeem it on eshop and you have themes.

I don't plan on buying other games except smash 4 for now except if a good Paper Mario game is announced.

Or something like Metroid and I seem to like it, but I don't think it will release shortly if it's announced even.

So, for themes, I mostly don't care.

I see all star being common, but honestly, this one is less frustrating than melee because pichu...was a pain to loose here.

Is it weird that Spear Pillar, Rumble Falls, Pokéfloats and New Pork City are among my favourite stages in Smash. I liked the blend of pixel art and 3D models, as well as the infinite skyscraper and cityscape. The Ultimate Chimera is slow and can only patrol one area at a time, and admit it, camping can be fun! I hope it comes back in the Wii U, with an Omega version.

I love Poke Floats because 1) Huge tech-fest and 2) I love maneuvering around the stage and will pick it if I know you have less experience with the stage/it's your weakness.

Seriously, know your mains inside and out as well as the stages and how their mechanics work. Because the player that does will have an advantage and you'll get no sympathy from me because stages like Poke Floats is available to practice for everyone...

My pipe dream is to get a Pokemon Colosseum/XD stage, that would be so hype. But Nintendo cares very little about the Pokemon spin-offs in Smash... Hmm, some Mario spin-offs like Mario Kart and Paper Mario have gotten stage representation (all we need is Mario Party!), so maybe someday we'll see a Pokemon stage from a spin-off series. Although a Distortion World stage would have been pretty sick imo despite being from a couple genertions back.

I'm not saying it's hard to do, even on hard mode (in fact I had a really easy time on hard as Pac-Man)
It's just INCREDIBLY tedious and 1 simple mistake means you have to start all over again. At least winning Smash Run with every character was actually fun most of the time.

For 3DS it has to be Magicant, Gerudo Valley, and surprisingly Tomodachi Life if only for my Miis showing up.
For Wii U so far, Pilotwings, Gaur Plain, and Mario Galaxy are all great.

I think it has more to do with the repetition. Going through the mode with 49 characters (or 51? Does individual Mii classes count as seperate?) can get very tiring.

I don't think you even have to play as the Miis judging from the fact that I didn't need to for 100-man Smash with every char, but I did it anyway so I could get their trophies.

After searching everywhere for legit Earthbound merchandise (top 5 favorite games), it finally just clicked with me that I'll be able to buy a Ness figurine thanks to amiibo. You guys have no idea how happy this makes me.

Honestly, I think you could put any track, even the one that plays against Cipher Nascour . Colosseum/XD has a really good OST in my opinion.

I remember back when i was on PM with a guy on IRC everyday for talking about TTYD glitch hunting to have configured my IRC client to play the mailbox ringtone from colleuseum and I choose one for connecting successfully, disconnecting, got kicked, global message and of course, pm.

They fitted so much in IRC chat

But yeah, I love his ost...
