The announcer shouts for Bowser, Ganondorf and Dark Pit sound more menacing than the others.

However, there's one more character that has a similar menacing sounding announcer call: the Villager.

The announcer is so meh for Zelda.
Yes, thank you for providing us with a photograph of your 3DS, I now know your address, full name, credit card details, physical appearance, Social Security number, Level 9 homies, sandwich preference and Smashboards password.

Dark Pit's call is hilarious to me because the announcer sounds disappointed.
"DARK...Pit."

So I played some online last night, and apparently I'm not too bad with Mario. And surprisingly Bowser Jr. (I would play Mr. G&W, but I'm too afraid to do so.)

I like Jr.'s announcer voice. Starts menacing, but ends with reminding you he's just a small Bowser.

Yeah, I get that vibe too.

From what I know, the actor who did the announcer's voice for this game is relatively new to voice acting and this was his first major role. I'd say he did well overall.

Am I the only one who gets bothered that the game saves the last costume you used on a character? Sure, it makes reaching your favorite costume faster but my OCD REEAALLLLLY wants me to fix it back to the defaults whenever I can. :/

It's funny you mention that.
My OCD makes me want to have all the characters use the preferred palette when I select them.

The announcer's Dr. Mario makes him sound like he's being called onto a stage from behind the curtains.
Doc-tor, Mariooooooo!

Who's the voice actor for the announcer in this game, by the way? Does he voice Master & Crazy hands too?

Giants on Jungle Japes is still the greatest thing ever. They just instantly suicide most of the time.

TV Tropes answers your two questions:
Master Hand and Crazy Hand have been voiced by different actors in each iteration, sharing their voices with the announcer of each game: Jeff Manning in 64, Dean Harrington in Melee, Pat Cashman in Brawl, and Xander Mobus in U/3DS.
Despite each game having a different actor for the announcer, it's always shared with the Hands.

Meanwhile, Giant Shulk is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen.
Seriously though. Olimar's Pikmin become huge when he is a giant to what it is almost impossible to dodge his attacks. I lost very quickly to him as a giant in classic. It was so fast that I was not going to fight him again and instead just decided to leave with what I earned, unfortunately I lost one of the 3 custom moves I earned before getting to him but I didn't want to risk the other 2.

...MAJOR first world problem there, bro. I don't see how that could possibly bother anyone since I've always wanted Smash to do that. One of the best additions to the game, easily.

Metal Meta Knight is a joke appearing on the scrolling Dreamland stage and all.

I assume the other Kirby characters use that place as a home stage as well so they're probably just about as easy.

The announcer call for Greninja has a unique tone for some reason. He also says "Ike!" in a more gruff voice.

I can say this announcer is more creative with the character calls. Dunno if it was the actor's idea or a matter of voice direction, but it makes him stand out. It also captures a bit of the characters' personalities or traits in some of the calls.

This announcer is my favorite so far. The way he says "Duck Hunt" makes me laugh.
Good job, Xander.

I've managed to unlock all of Megaman's and Robin's custom moves right now. I'm now working on Toon Link, Lucina, Dr. Mario, and Luigi's. I do have over 100 of them though. I find that Smash Run is best for customs, personally.

In the European version, he says "Duck Hunt Duo!"

Duck Hunt sounds like a faster version of the "Duck Hunt" call (but obviously a different recording), adding a more excited sounding "Duo!".

I love getting Jungle japes on all star. Sometimes, when the computers spawn in, one footstools off of the other, killing then instantly. It's hilarious. I also had a hilarious moment during classic where both my CPU partner(Luigi) and I (Lucina) Both got golden hammers, and using these two hammers, we combo'd the opponent (Falco) up to 600%. It was incredible.

How do you get assigned for animal cruelty?
I picked it myself since it was a subject that I wanted to research more on (The main assignment that we have to work on for the entire semester has to be a subject that you have decent knowledge of and want to know more about). I had interviewed a few areas about the issue (pet store, vet, animal shelter, and my grandparents' house) and compile them into a series of answers to questions like "What new did you learn from your interviews?". My interview included some great questions like "How would the police deal with a case on animal cruelty?" and "Does a person with anger issues or lack of responsibility deserve to buy a pet for his/herself.

And LOL at anyone who plays the whole "It's 2014" card like it's a way of life. There's this one troll called The Derpy Fox that had the nerve to call me a *** on YouTube just over a whole "X disliked this video" joke on one of Pewdiepie's videos. I swear, the Internet is full of some pretty lifeless people.

For some odd reason, Fox didn't flag a video of that Simpsons/Family Guy crossover from last month (I'm currently watching it before it does get taken down). It's still hilarious how the Family Guy and Simpsons fans are having flame wars in the comments section over which show sucks the most. I'll just say this: The Simpsons went downhill ever since the show went HD and Family Guy is slowly running out of funny gags these days. If anything, the only adult comedy with consistent humor and clever writing is South Park. But don't get me wrong I like all three shows to death, but think South Park has the superior comedy or didn't have any "arc fatigue" during its run.
