I fared better against Master Core with characters like Link and Dark Pit than I did with characters like Lucina or Ganondorf.

Better recoveries and projectiles really make a difference.

Meanwhile, I've beaten Master Core all forms on at least 7.5 with every character I've done Classic with except Pikachu (Because I didn't have enough gold).

Because they're idiots that want to rub in the faces of haters that he has a different weapon than Pit in a very uneffective way?

Or the 3DS has bigger manufacturing problems than we thought and almost everyone is stuck with a broken L button.

I am complete trash with Duck Hunt, Shulk, Palutena and Mega Man.

So in free-for-all vs matches do AI players attack each other more often than in Brawl, where they would typically chase after humans and ignore each other?

Only Dark Pit players seem to do it. From my experiences with For Glory mode Dark Pit players are more common then Pit players, yet the Pit players have a better understanding on how the game works. I haven't met a Dark Pit player that has legitimately intimidated me yet.

I like how Slippy's trophy description pokes fun at how much of a Base Breaker he is. Then there's Sakurai poking fun at the many people mistakening Saki for girl in his trophy. That sure as hell ain't a coincidence since there was no running gag on that in Sin & Punishment.

So I've currently unlocked Ganon, Dr. Mario, Ness, Falcon, Bowser Jr., and Wario. And I'm trying to get Lucina.

Bowser Jr. (or in my case Iggy) is by far one of the most unexpectedly fun characters for me. He's just so much fun to use.

Nope. Just takes a bit. You need 200 trophies.

Also, I found on the sound test an announcer call for "Special Smash".

Or, you know, you could do 70 VS matches to get to R.O.B. instead. It's as hard as you personally make it to be.
