We Europeans like to make sense out of things.

A character with a happy-go-lucky dog and bird in tow, simply named "Duck Hunt", does not make sense.

"Duck Hunt Duo" is more feasible.

What about the Hunter that is shooting at the other players, basically the cross-hair portion of the character? It is not the dog, it is not the duck. Duck Hunt Trio is more feasible, admit it.

But what about the gunmen? Do they count as well? **** this ****. Duck Hunt is way more feasible.

The character section on the official website has been reworked. All characters are now ordered by Smash debut (third parties found at the end) and have icons of the same size. There's a section for secret characters too. It's next to the Mii Fighters.

Honestly I hope that Onett isn't the only Mother stage on the Wii U. There are so many areas to draw from in the series that it would be a shame for them to be looked over.

Well, Fire Emblem has two stages on the Wii U version.

I wouldn't be surprised if EarthBound has a new stage (could be Magicant like the 3DS version) and Onett as the past stage.

I don't think so, especially since that would mean there are 5 characters on screen and Takamaru has a horrendous model.

I predicted that there would be the same number as the 3DS game, which meant, prior to Onett, there were 12 stages left unaccounted for.
My list was:
-Stage based from Donkey Kong Country Returns
-Either Pirate Ship or another stage based from Wind Waker
-Stage based from Kirby's Return to Dream Land
-A Yoshi stage (not much thought here)
-Onett
-Port Town Aero Dive
-Summit
-Wrecking Crew stage
-Wii Sports Resort stage (possibly the Swordplay Arena)
-Miiverse stage
-A Mario stage (not much thought here either)
-Some other Mario stage (or here either)

I'm not saying my theory is correct; just the part about Onett, because of the thought process of how I came to that as compared to New Pork City or Magicant.

So why those stages in particular?

1. We know Wii U's stages are more influenced by console releases, so that left DK and Kirby's "Return" games unaccounted for.
-Granted, there's also Epic Yarn for Kirby as an option.
-Tropical Freeze seems particularly ignored due to later release, though I suppose there is still the option for a stage from that instead of DKCR.

2. Likewise, Wind Waker HD (which Toon Link was revealed in promotion of) exists, so it can theoretically mean Pirate Ship is coming back if a different stage isn't added.

3. Yoshi because Yoshi.

4. Lucas is not present in Wii U/3DS, and Earthbound recently got a hyped-up Virtual Console release on the Wii U. Since stages were being brought from Melee/Brawl (though only the Melee stages that were in Brawl), it seemed quite reasonable that Ness' old Onett stomping grounds would return as well.

5. F-Zero GX is the last console title in the F-Zero franchise, and since, again, stages were being ported from Brawl, Port Town Aero Dive seemed reasonable as well.

6. There was a list of franchises in the text dump for Smash 3DS that would hypothetically be for franchises that have symbols.
a. Franchises do not get symbols unless there is a character and/or stage for it.
b. Ice Climber, Wrecking Crew, Miiverse, and Wii Sports Resort were all listed.
c. Pilotwings is listed, but does not have a symbol in the 3DS game despite there being a Pilotwings item present. There is a Pilotwings stage in the Wii U game, however.
d. Points c and d hint that the list covers both games. Which means, if the symbols aren't used for content in one game, they could be used in the other.

7. Mario having only 2 stages doesn't seem likely.

I went through hell at 9PM it took 2 HOURS to download the game...but it was worth it I'm loving it the graphics are amazing plus Palutena, Rosalina and Wii Fit are play smoothly and I unlocked Ness, Lucina and Falco got to say the wait was OH SO WORTH IT! Have had many programming classes, can confirm this is harmless. Especially if you follow everything easily and you have a nice teacher. They won't go too terribly fast and are very fair. There's also some slow days where things get done even less than usual.

My head would always explode during programming and database classes, my brain just can't cope with it properly for some reason.

The mailman can't come soon enough, he holds the rest of my month in his hands.
