im so sorry guys its looking extremely likely mewtwo and only like 1 to 2 more characters is the most likely for dlc

- No DLC in the works currently
- Don't expect Reggie, Miyamoto, Iwata, Sakurai, etc. as own characters
- No expanding on amiibo uses besides Smash mode
- Undecided on how long they'll keep up with patches and balancing
- No leaderboards

I think I've made the biggest troll in my life with Dr.Mario. I faced a guy on FG on played Lucario. The battle was intense because he was playing extremly defensively. The game was going to go on a sudden death. When the announcer was counting from to game, he goes off stage to make a fake suicide. So I go with Dr.Mario, trying to put him down. My UpB connects, make him hit the stage to spike him right to his death. He died when the announcer said 1.

I need to take a video of this.

they are I assure you he will be the first dlc character winter/spring 2015

sakurai is just saying hes not focus on dlc right now hes more focus's on tweeks for the wii u version

You do realize there's already more content in development? Sakurai has also stated they plan to extend the life of the game through patches for a long while. There will definitely be more DLC later, he's just saying he's not focusing on it now. The game's not even out yet, its not really time to talk DLC. The only reason we're doing it is because we already know everything in the game.

No, but the game does contain chuckles, dreadlocks, and muscles, all the best things about echidnas.

I'll never understand the mentality of why people want Smash DLC so bad. I completely agree with Sakurai's opinions on the matter and Mewtwo's an exception since he's free under a condition. That being said I wouldn't really mind DLC, but I'd just really roll my eyes. After all the criticism Capcom gets for adding on disc DLC and Ultra Hyper Turbo Street Fighter IV, you'd think people will feel the same about Smash.

Don't get me wrong, like I said, I wouldn't particularly mind DLC and I'd definitely buy it but after now 50+ characters, 40+ stages with stages like Miiverse and added content like tournaments on the way (for free), that's already so much for what we're getting. I'm not against added content (especially if its free) but the criticism lies, and I feel Sakurai agrees when he says, "However, I think there might be criticism that we are cutting up content to sell characters one by one, or that we are adding things later that should have been there from the start." The game isn't starting with 12 characters and 10 stages. There's already SO much and if Melee and Brawl can still keep us entertained for this long with the amount of content and characters, there's no reason why what we are getting for Smash 4 isn't enough.

Lastly, Namco isn't Capcom. The developers of Tekken have already come out and stated they are against paid DLC in the form of characters or other content.

Towards Fire Emblem in particular. I'd be mad, but Robin, Ike and Lucina stop that. I honestly was only expecting Marth this time last year, very glad I was wrong.

Can you imagine being able to sweat milk? And what if you could do it at will? Like "I have no milk in my fridge, how am I supposed to eat my cereal for breakfast this morning?" But then you're all like "no sweat (hahaha) I will MILK MYSELF!" and then you milk yourself and have milk for your cereal. Good times.
