You know, the more I think about it, Project M wasn't really that liked to begin with at Nintendo.
Think about it, it's a great mod that had a lot of work put in but keeps doing the same thing : turning Brawl to Melee. Do you think Nintendo and even Sakurai likes to keep reminded that "Melee was better, the rest was kinda sucky" ?
It's like you've created a great art, that everyone loves and keeps saying that it's the best, but then you create an other art and suddenly the same people yell at it because "It's not like before" and changes it back to the previous art. It's great to see that you've made something amazing for people, but gets frustratring when the same people hates your other works because they aren't like the art from before.

I'm not surprised that Nintendo doesn't want to see the face of Project M because they got their own game, waiting to hit.

I never cared for Project M, but I can't wait for the eventual hacking of the new Smash to bring back cut vets and stuff. I guess a sort of "Project M" on the Wii U would be good, if they didn't try to change the game and only added stuff to it.

Honestly, the fact that Project M will have characters unique to it was the thing that made me interested in it in the first place. Before then, I didnt really pay it much mind (and I couldnt since PAL wasnt supported untill now also )

My only problem is that the project I've been working on is required because of the dorm I'm living in. I didn't want to work alone, so I found someone else who needed do theirs too and we choose a topic to work on: Conspiracy Theories. He sounded rather interested and I thought he'd help me out more, but...nope. He, like a lot of freshman I've heard about, really don't care all that much about the project. It can be incredibly easy to do, which means they don't always take it seriously...I'm frustrated because his lack of enthusiasm makes me not want to do much and I've pretty much waited to the last minute to get it done. We have to do a hour long discussion/presentation and I don't think we'll have enough content to work with. It's something so simple, but he's barely contributed. Guess that's life for you. Maybe I'll make him do most of the talking as penance.

That really sucks.

Well, just try doing the best you can do. If your teammate isn't going to contribute to the project, it will bite him in the back.

And yeah. Thanks! I think Blue Exorcist is pretty good. I love the concepts that are being presented, especially with Rin being a demon and one of satan's sons. I'm about on the 18 episode of the anime, but I've been thinking about maybe trying to read the manga some more. I pray my attention span will work with me for once.

I definitely recommend the manga. It has more story, more character development and is overall better.

The anime splits off rather soon compared to the manga. It follows the first 13 chapters or so before splitting off to a different story and ending.

Currently, there are 62 manga chapters released and is still ongoing with new chapters coming once per month, so you can see why I prefer the manga over the anime.

The anime is good start if you're unfamiliar to the series anyway. (And that's pretty much the purpose of anime adaptations sometimes...)

I don't even know if creating mods is legal for Nintendo. They never asked for a Melee 2.0 and just wanted too advance.
But people won't change. They'll keep bringing Melee back at all cost, those making Nintendo and Sakurai even more pissed off than before. That's just the way it is.

Super Smash Flash 2 can be come official and then the Miiverse can rejoice because Goku will be in Smash.

And never again will people have to ask for silly characters to be in the real Smash games. You can just play them in Flash 2.

Xenoblade Chronicles didn't just have the first character to smoke in a Nintendo game, it also contained the first and quite probably best female stereotype right at the start (honestly I'm not sexist but it was really stupid/funny what they did, with the changing of the food that didn't eliminate the stereotype). Nintendo's terms of service are clear when it comes to modifying their software without authorization. By definition, Project M is a breach of said terms.
