Smash 4 Social Thread 3.0

THE LAG!!! I barely ever connect to decent matches nowadays. The best I can hope for are 1vs1 matches which have some lag. Even then, it's killer for Falco since I can't do anything and aerials are almost out of the question since it's so weird to land them with constant lag.

Oh, and I met a Samus player in 4 player Smash that chained-spammed dash attacks and her charge beam. Needless to say, it was infuriating and surprising to watch that Samus can spam her dash attack like that. I met one good Little Mac. It was a laggy fight, so I botched my recovery and he SD'd to make it even. I did get my tail feathers handed back twice - two matches -, but it was nice to meet an honorable foe.

I haven't met a Falco player yet... Which might go in my favor since I think people don't know how to handle him and either don't remember or don't know that he has a Reflector which apparently can do two things: one, reflect point-blank, there's a small window for this so he can reflect "backwards" and two, reflect Din's Fire. I thought Din's Fire was an explosion, but apparently it counts as a projectile right when it begins to explode. If this is common knowledge, whatever.

Haven't seen other characters like Shulk, Meta Knight, etc lately... Just the usual Link's, Mario's, ZSS's, Marth's/Lucina's, Bowser's, Ike's, and Little Mac's.

It is good, that's true, but I'd have loved to see a few more remixes from Sonic 1,2,3 + Knuckles. I love what they did to Angel Island Zone in Brawl.

Just curious, are there any new Sonic CD tracks?

Sonic's selection of music in this game, compared to Megaman, is awful.

Megaman gets 6 remixes and 4 medleys.

Regarding the Sonic franchise, if there's one thing that remained consistently great, it was the soundtracks.

They don't really need to polish the gold that Sonic has already.

Chrom is basically a carbon copy of Ike.

Who are even more carbon copies than Chrom is of Ike, though to be fair, the clone trio are just glorified costumes. They came in dragged by . Nothing more.

I can't believe they commented on Chrom's similarities to Ike (should have thrown in Marth while they were at it). It's like what people here have been saying for years... Carbon copies is going too far though, but hey, makes the whole thing dumb when you throw in clones like Dark Pit.

IS, please, next time you make a new Lord, could the Lord be unique? As is, having no influence from previous Lords (aesthetic and skill wise)? Although I am skeptical, I think I'd rather see a remake for FE14. And if you know me, you could probably guess which game. Hint: The game's Lord is my Melee and PM mains.

Notice that the order changed from the E3 order to one closely resembling the 3DS roster order.

To be fair, it's not like the roster isn't completely known by now. Also, now we can confirm the Wii U version has no special characters that were first on it. It being the same is hardly surprising. Interesting it has a blue background instead of yellow though.

Either way, it's clear it was solely in the context of Chrom. Chrom didn't even get a legitimate alt, so he had no chance of being playable as a clone of Ike this time like the rest. I would not mind an Ike clone. We got two Marth ones. >_>
