Is this the Godzilla NES creepypasta? I was never a fan of it because the snapshots were always so unrealistic. It does all these things the NES can't handle (sprite resize, colors that never exists on the NES, sprites being way too detailed for a NES game, etc etc) And the resolution constantly changes for no reason. And the story gets really dumb at times. (The part when the computer starts taking snapshots by itself was really cheesy)

I have to give credit to the guy for the effort, but the end result is just kind of... yeah.

It's many times better than Sonic.EXE. Sonic.EXE was literally "Sonic is evil, he kills all his friends after they walked to the right for 50 minutes". This one at least has a lot more going on, and a ton of actual effort.

Only creepypasta video game story I've ever actually read is the one about the Haunted Majora's Mask cartridge. (I kind of want to try watching the video series that goes with it....)

I've looked into a few others but never really tried to check or get into the story.
