So yeah, he's more of a composite character, just like Link. He still draws heavily from Wind Waker, though.

I'd agree he was a composite character if there was even a single part of him that draws from spirit tracks, but that isn't the case.

To clear up confusion regarding two similar looking characters

"a few other titles" isn't necessarily referring to spirit tracks.

Now you explain why the spirit tracks link trophy refers to that link as "this version" rather than the same entity as smash toon link.

Toon Link is pretty much Wind Waker Link. Actually, only Smash 4 regular Link I would say is composite, since all the previous ones had pretty game-specific designs.

Alfonzo replaces him because time paradox, cant mess with ancestors (lame excuse but thats what I got )

Trophy says "Wind Waker and other games", which still imply same character because of Phantom Hourglass and Tetra Trackers, and mentions Wind Waker specificaly by name. Theres not much to him from other Toon Links to claim hes composite.

Anyway, for stages you already know my choice don't you? )

But I might just want to restate why I love theater so much.

TTYD battles has a high and very diverse RNG factor that made every fight fun. Having to do stylish to ears cheers did for me a non ending sunshine effect. This effect is when a game becomes so statisfying that you do technically pointless action and it becomes enjoyable anyway. Doing stylish while your special is full is pointless, but so satisfying that I did them anyway. In fact, I loved the simple fact of entering a battle because mostly of the audience cheers. Seriously, it's constant.

To go further with them being able to throw items at you, that's even better! It's not even all, the stage can have hazards like fireworks, but the audience can have some too! Just that is a lot of fun, but the interesting thing you can do with such a stage in ssb4 is the area travel: the stage is shared between every areas, but the environment changes with the background.

This could imply stage hazards and even boss hazards (ok, who would love that Rawk Hawk would act like a flying man?).

Or others that just attacks everyone like cortez.

This is why I love this idea: the huge potential. It's really something that I dream...

If we're talking about stages right now, I'd like to say one thing I was disappointed about in Smash 3DS... WHY WAS THERE NOT A LUIGI'S MANSION DARK MOON STAGE?! That was pretty much one of the things that I thought would happen for certain. They could've done Evershade Valley where you fight on a generic platform and in the background various ghosts come together to build a random mansion from the game and elements from that mansion interact with the battle in the foreground and there could be ghosts that enter the arena as well and maybe even a possessor ghost or King Boo as a boss character.

I also had a similar idea for the Wii U. Since I don't think anyone expected Yoshi's Wooly World to get a stage, I thought it would've been nice to have a Yoshi's Story stage which takes place on a platform similar to my Evershade Valley idea except in front of the Yoshi's Story Book which opens up to random pages (the level-select menus from the game) and elements from those pages interact with the foreground.
