Anyway, that means my favorite stage got even more awesome.

But it could mean that Pirate Ship may be gone indeed...

Lame, Pirate Ship was one of the few Brawl levels I actually really like... And we still get that dreadful 75m and the mediocre Pokemon Stadium 2 stage

I hope there will be a Wind Waker stage, somehow. Considering the Great Sea is being used on Skyloft, maybe the new stage will be inside a village or a temple?

It's the original version.

The remix may also be available as well, though. There are several songs that seem to be available in both original and re-arranged versions, such as Mute City from F-Zero or Light Plane from Pilotwings.

- Two of its songs are on other stages: Tal Tal Heights is on Skyloft, Gerudo Valley is on Temple.
- There's a Great Sea remix on Skyloft. The original version was on Pirate Ship and stages from a certain game get all the songs from the same game.

Unless certain songs play on multiple stages or don't necessarily have to match source game with the stage, Pirate Ship or a Wind Waker stage may not be happening...

Maybe there will be a Four Swords stage instead? After all, it was a Toon Link game...

Still it would be nice to see if there's a few more. Do we know how many Pokemon stages we have? I think one of the stadiums and Kalos Pokemon league are in. But other than that, I wouldn't know.

I feel the Wii U version is kind of neglecting classic games getting representation as far as new stages goes (as in there's too few of them). So many of them are based on modern games. I'd like to see a nice balance, but I guess it won't happen. So hopefully the returning stages would do.

In speaking of returning, Saffron City 64 would be nice!

There's so many Brawl returning stages on both versions. I'm hoping there will be more Melee and 64 stages on Wii U in the future, hopefully as DLC if not at launch. It's kind of sad that Melee has 3 confirmed returning stages while Brawl has like... 13 confirmed on the Wii U. I understand that Brawl is easier to port, but there were plenty of Melee Brawl stages that aren't on Wii U. Hopefully Big Blue is there!

Officially, Toon Link is supposed to be his WW and PH forms only. The rest have a similar artstyle, but they actually use his ALTTP design instead with a more cartoonized look. ST is too, but it's not the same Link. As annoying as it is, Toon Link in Brawl was strictly based upon WW, the origin of his design. However, obviously, he's still a mishmash of multiple Links(hence Conductor Link isn't really any more than just another Toon Link). It does not help that Brawl's trophy is ambiguous. Are they talking about his literal design, or the specific character showing up? "Ah he appears in Wind Waker" can be taken more than one way.

It's strange though that after Wind Waker HD, there is still no glorious HD Wind Wker stage. There are a lot of possibilities, and fingers crossed for an announcement soon. I love Wind Waker after all.
