Now that's a silly question.....
There is no "quality" in the music industry. There is only people who chose to listen to a certain music, and those who are not interested. The term "quality" is completely insignificant to the topic of conversation.
Even if it wasn't, the only ones who don't have good quality are those noted for criminal records like Lil' Wayne, Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys, Aaron Carter, and Justin Bieber.

Either way, according the technical principles of particular arts, and the more overarching principles of aesthetics in general, there is such a thing as objective quality that is present within the art that we can observe with the proper disposition and training.
