Y'know why I don't use meters

Because there is a big difference in height for even fractions of a meter

Apparently just .2 of them is nearly a foot difference

Hi I'm 1.6 meters

I'm 1.8 meters

Sounds pretty close to me

Feet are just the perfect measurement for determining human height differences

Well, you like it better because you're used to it. I grew up using meters for any sort of size measurement, so everything only makes sense in meters for me.

When people start using feet or other different units, I just get confused and unable to understand if the values are meant to be some taller or shorter. Of course, I'm not in a position to make demands, am I?

It's interesting, though. The brain is indeed an intriguing aspect of our biology...
