From my experience, it's not the job that gets to you, it's the people you work with. Management can play a big part on the opinion you have for your job, but even then, if you enjoy working with the fellow employees there, it makes the trip of heading into work much less tedious. But, how would I know, right? Maybe just give it a bit more time.

That's how it was at my old job, but I left it because management.

Between both my current jobs, there is only one person I really like. He has been soo nice to me so far and I love working with him.

Everyone else is either neutral or I don't like them.
