I don't know if your college has lectures where all you have to do is listen and taking notes, but I've regularly seen students playing on their console during those classes. Heck, I've even seen one person watching porn.

Well, consoles aren't as prevalent here, and rules are stricter. During classes at least.
I haven't seen anyone try. Yet.

Everyone does use mobiles during class (including me). No one bats an eye. Using a console would be crossing the line though.

I wish i was in your school.
We are not allowed to use the computers and 3DS's anymoar in the mornings. We get so board because of this.

Not when you go home and get right to doing homework. I dont have any time for myself in the end of the day.
