Not really much of a competition, when, IIRC, only Hopper, Charles Muntz, Mor'du, and possibly Lotso actually died, as far as Pixar's concerned. And none of their deaths are especially pleasant, haha. Muntz? Falls like, thousands of feet. Mor'du? Crushed to death. Lotso? Implied slow death due to weathering. But yeah, being pulled apart and maimed by adorable baby birds takes the cake.

Gaston fell hundreds of feet off a castle, the voodoo wizard from the frog princess got dragged into hell, the horned king? Skeleton king in the black cauldron had his literal skin ripped off of him as he was sucked into a cauldron.

I do not understand any of those references aside from the Iron Maiden one... which is fairly easy to understand.
