Is Yoshi's Island considered a Mario game? (yeah, I guess it is, since it's SMW2)
So... I guess that's my favorite Mario game, it's also my favorite SNES game and overrall a great platformer.

If only it's sequels were comparable to it. :cool:

That always got me confused. Yoshi's Island being called Super Mario World 2. It's a prequel to the whole Mario series not the original Super Mario World. That recon in Yoshi's New Island is total blasphemy. :glare:

There are a lot of movies which are called 2 yet are prequels to the previous movie.
Plus, it's a sequel to SMW since it also takes place in Yoshi's Island, which is located in Dinosaur Land.

I think the SMW 2 label was stuck there for promotional purposes. To get everyone interested in this new game. But I don't care. Prequel, or sequel Yoshi's Island is an awesome game. =)

I'd say ALBW and PLvPW are good additions as well.

FE: Awakening and ALBW are pretty good choices, dunno 'bout MnL, but it can be cool too I guess.

Animal Crossing was considered, but I've never played AC. I'm not often a fan of open-ended "relaxing" games like AC.
