But which game out of the Advance series should get pick--- oh wait, they're just remakes.
All the SMA games use the same spritework (Evident by all of them using the spritework in the bundled Mario Bros. being the same) minus Yoshi's Island
So just take a little out of everything (SMB2 backflip + turnip toss pls, SMW's Spin Jump would be nice too, but Mario Land 2 shares that aspect [Gee, SML2 was a great game.]) and it'd be a decent time. They even got Yoshi's sprite there and accounted for!
It all works out in the end :4pacman:

New Super Mario Bros DS had a lot of stuff in it.
Seriously, I'd love an NSMB DS maker.
It had the Blue Shell, the Mega Mushroom. It had interesting levels and bosses (Like that one level that took place in a sewer with a bunch of grates and one-way doors.

I love NSMB DS.

Also, on the topic of Mario Maker, I love the possibilities of the game.

P-switch jumping is not only possible, but not that hard. I even made an entire level based around that.
It only has a 0.57 clear rate, with only one clear out of about 174 tries-or-so.

Spin jumping in NSMBU is similar to Spin Jumping in SMW (You can bounce off spiky things)
Yoshi can eat and spit Yoshi Eggs.
I also have a level that exploits the fact that P-Switches can now be grabbed in the NSMBU Theme.
Pick up a P-switch, run at a wall, jump, throw the p-switch, wall jump back into the p-switch, pick it back up in midair.
Continue.

Also, a funny thing is that with my Bitlands level, there are several people who have died in between the "Red Pipes"
I like to think that those people are the type of people that know their things a little bit too well.

A few too many people have died on my Reverse 1-1 recreation though.
That course is not hard at all.
It's just 1-1.
Backwards.
Most of my levels have a 0% completion rate.

One has a 7%

I've been giving directions like crazy recently to try and give the player extra help

That is REALLY annoying when you watch it back to back
It's one of those lame running jokes that starts to make less sense overtime. They must have a special case of Alzheimers if they manage to forget one man's name consistently at every encounter. You'd think they'd manage to remember it overtime.

Only about 2 of my levels have a 0% completion rate.
P-Switch Panic! had zero% only until recently, when someone FINALLY beat it.
Clown Car Conundrum and A Panicked Run still have 0%
The Bitlands only has about 26%
1-1 dlroW has about 40 or so, I think.
Super MMMMMMario Bros. World 1-2 has maybe a 50, I think.
And the one with the most clears is my PAC-MAN stage, with about 76.66%

When I finish my new one, it's probably going to have a high completion rate...

Then again, I have saw jumping in it. People don't seem to get saw jumping

I just realized that I have yet to upload a Super Mario Bros 3 Level.
I've made a few, but I guess I haven't uploaded any yet.

1-1 backwards? Can i have the ID for that level?
Yeah, sure.

I've already remade 1-2 Twice, and I also remade 1-1.
If you really want to, you can compare the proportions.
They're correct.
I made sure of it.

There's even an arrow that points out the blocks that Mario started on at the beginning of 1-1.

The "Flagpole" is one block too high, but that's because if it wasn't, then the level would be impossible to complete.

So I have recording equipment to record Wii U footage, if I played a bunch of your guys' Mario Maker courses, would anyone be interested in watching?

>TFW you call the Blue Shell amazing
PARTAY

Seriously, New Super Mario Bros. DS is definitely one of my favorite Mario Games ever.
The Blue Shell and Micro Mushroom are ridiqulously fun just based on what you can do with them (Beat a boss with Micro to unlock a new, harder world? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED)
Finding the Mega Mushroom house is always a treat when you wanna take a boss down.
World 8 is still a hard challenge, but running through Bowser's Castle is always a fun time (Probably my favorite final level in a Mario Game) which is why I wanna remake it in Mario Maker
World 7 is confusing. I seriously had to look at a guide to figure out how to progress from that damn square section.
I didn't even know where some of the Star Coins were on my first run, I never found the 3rd Coin of 1-Castle until I paused the game at it's location and unpaused and got lead to it on complete accident

It's a magical thing, it really was a NEW Super Mario Bros. :4pacman:

Looks dead tonight.

Everyone must be too busy spending hours making hard-to-beat levels in Super Mario Maker.

I was originally going to make a hard to beat level but then i thought about what MorbidAltruism said. I hope the course menu does not get overrun with hard levels. I want to see something creative.

I wish. I'm stuck with a metric ton of homework to deal with...

Meanwhile, my SMM box is just sitting in front of me, taunting me. :mariomelee:

You HAVE to play this level:

CE69-0000-0029-1C80

It's called "P-Switch Panic!" And it's one of my favorite levels I've made thus far.

Mew2king's secret has been revealed.
OK, this just keeps getting worse and worse.

Did you guys know that there were originally 5 Pokemon; Pikachu, Charizard, Gabriel, and the other 2? Gabriel was removed because he was broken and not at the same time. Pokemon was originally on Virtual Boy.

I'm learning so much today.

I've made quite a few levels, but I've only uploaded two.

One of them was just me screwing around with the underwater level theme and my Squid amiibo costume and... It was really bad.

The other one is called "Fire at Will", and I'm decently proud of it. It's really short, and not too challenging, but it's not awful, at least.

I'm still working on my favorite one so far. It has quite a few bugs that need fixing up... :ohwell:
