There's nothing wrong with it though, for several reasons.

1. It's an homage.
2. Infinity had the paint mechanic since 2.0, long before Splatoon came out.
3. It's a free level. They're making no money off of it.



There's literally nothing wrong with it. People who have no idea how the law works just like making big issues out of nothing.

It's a Disney-made Disney Infinity level, that's literally all it is.

If it were its own game, THEN that'd be trademark infringement, since it'd be out to damage Splatoon's sales. But yeah, it's just a level made with the level creator, haha.

New Super Mario Bros DS had a lot of stuff in it.
Seriously, I'd love an NSMB DS maker.
It had the Blue Shell, the Mega Mushroom. It had interesting levels and bosses (Like that one level that took place in a sewer with a bunch of grates and one-way doors.

I love NSMB DS.


Also, on the topic of Mario Maker, I love the possibilities of the game.

P-switch jumping is not only possible, but not that hard. I even made an entire level based around that.
It only has a 0.57 clear rate, with only one clear out of about 174 tries-or-so.

Spin jumping in NSMBU is similar to Spin Jumping in SMW (You can bounce off spiky things)
Yoshi can eat and spit Yoshi Eggs.
I also have a level that exploits the fact that P-Switches can now be grabbed in the NSMBU Theme.
Pick up a P-switch, run at a wall, jump, throw the p-switch, wall jump back into the p-switch, pick it back up in midair.
Continue.


Also, a funny thing is that with my Bitlands level, there are several people who have died in between the "Red Pipes"
I like to think that those people are the type of people that know their things a little bit too well.

A few too many people have died on my Reverse 1-1 recreation though.
That course is not hard at all.
It's just 1-1.

It seems like a lot of people are mad that KOF14 is in 3D. Not that it looks all that great or anything, but it is an early trailer, there's a chance it''ll get an overhaul. Though Kyo does look weird now. Not as buff, His hair is black and his skin is paler. It makes him lot different than before.
