I want to eventually get a corn snake. Nothing fancy, just basic. I used to own a skink but it died of some sort of cancer. If I get one though, I'll definitely need to get him a hat.

Maybe the problem with that absolutely infuriating stereotype isn't that a disproportionate amount of women are competent at being intentionally vague, but that a disproportionate amount of men are completely inept at the most basic of social skills(for which the blame can go to neglectful parents/unhelpful educational environments/unsavory peers/etc.), so yeah, they WOULDN'T be able to "understand" the fairer sex.
