Spain and France also exist but idk what thy're doing.
@ Greward and @ Blubolouis may know something.
If you could try and get a rankings list from both regions of France that would be fantastic!Oh i can reply for france
There is basically two region, i will call them Sorance and Norance, and very few people who travel to enter tournament in both. Not a lot of streamed tournament either
But currently Glutonny is the uncontested first.
We have a pretty active scene atm. Mostly on wifi, although we do a national scale tournament like every 3 months.Germany doesn't have a PR yet though they should come up with something soon.

I'm working on it, but it will take some time.If you could try and get a rankings list from both regions of France that would be fantastic!
That's fine, the fact that we will be able to get something is all the help i'll need.I'm working on it, but it will take some time.
The best way is to get a dedicated panel of top players and TOs, set dedicated seasons, and try to get as much data during that season on the players you think are Ranked and have the potential to be ranked. This is a June 2015 PR for the new Smash 4 scene in Cedar Rapids, I
Would any of you dudes recommend another method to try and get a more accurate Power Ranking or should I continue doing Monthly Round Robin tournaments to determine our small scene's skill level?
I actually added this in the dat it was announced.
Luckily someone remade the image in a bit better quality; it doesn't include secondaries (I only know a few of those too), but this is at least a start.@ Jaxas what characters do these player main?
Seyrendyr uses puffWell it's not kept up to date (at all...), but here's the "Oregon" (actually Northwest Oregon, but that's still most of Oregon) PR:
1st) Cacaw|Viviff T. Great
2nd) T1mmy
3rd) Mason
4th) Brick
5th) Serynder (Currently living in VA, moving back soon)
6th) MessiahFreak
7th) T0mmy
8th) CutestLilLucario
9th) OMGage
10th) Jaxas
I'll post again whenever this gets updated
Where did they get those cat iconsOhio
7/1/15
Originates from a panel on facebook. Closed group of Day!, Links24, Solecalibur, Suyon & Myself
They're from an anime called "Chi's sweet home"Where did they get those cat icons
Are you sure T1mmy doesn't main Kirby and secondary MK, on smashboards his main is Kirby and in every smash game he has mained Kirby.Luckily someone remade the image in a bit better quality; it doesn't include secondaries (I only know a few of those too), but this is at least a start.

Secondaries I know:
@T1MMY : Kirby
@ Jaxas : Zero Suit Samus
@CutestLilLucario : Link, Megaman
That region looks so free besides boss and seagull.
Thanks for the change. Also, sorry because I forgot one thing in the latest post and that's the source:Everything has been updated!
Interesting how abadango outplaced rain, nietono and Nyanko at EVO despite being ranked lower than them.Umebura rankings have been updated.
1. Rain
2. Choco [ちょこ]
3. Edge [エッジ] ()
4. Ranai [らない]
5. Saiya [サイヤ]
6. DtN|Nietono [DtN|にえとの] (Actually what his main is usually listed as since no one has any idea what he plays anymore)
7. Earth [あーす]()
8. Nyanko [ニャンこ]()
9. Fsann
10. Pichi [ピチ]
11. Aki ()
12. Yui [ゆい] ()
13. SSOD|J!
14. Salena [サレナ]
15. Octo [オクト]
16. Komorikiri [古森霧]
17. Shu [シュウ]
18. Brood [ブルード]
19. Abadango [あばだんご]
20. Songun [そんぐん] ()
This list was probably decided before EVO. Also from what I've watched, Abadango doesn't place in the top as consistently as Rain, Nietono, and RanaiInteresting how abadango outplaced rain, nietono and Nyanko at EVO despite being ranked lower than them.
Umebura rankings do not take EVO into account. Abadango is also simply not a big threat in Japan anymore. His past 3 results are Top 16, Top 12, and Top 16. This situation might of course might change in the future, but at the moment 19th looks about right. Abadango is also a player, like aMSa (40th in Japan), that does significantly better overseas than in Japan. He's been watching American locals and has been researching customs for a while.Interesting how abadango outplaced rain, nietono and Nyanko at EVO despite being ranked lower than them.

I am fully aware of these discrepancies. I was simply noting that it was interesting how one Japanese player was able to decisively outplace his fellow countrymen in a foreign setting.Umebura rankings do not take EVO into account.
