rofl. Well to frozen. The wii is confirmed, Kits did drive me to wal-mart and saw me buy it. The only thing that hasnt been confirmed yet is the DS lite, since its been unbelievably hard to find one, unless you guys are man enough to sport a pink DS lite?

Also, not really sure what games to buy for the raffle tickets. Smash sounds good, but can you own too many games of smash? Random player's choice games/collector games? I was thinking the Megaman X collection. Suggestions?

Ok so the 1st-3rd prizes are now set, I can provide a picture of all of them if you guys want/have doubts. But its:

As for the games, its getting hard to find those games listed as new. Is there a preference over new/used? Or is it all really about getting the game in the end?

so there is a confirmed Wii and DS Lite, guaranteed to the tourney winners, no matter how many people show up? im not trying to call you out, im just letting you know there is a possibility that someon will be at a financial loss if not many people show up. i.e. even if 25 people show, thats just enough entrance fee to cover the Wii, leaving the DS lite to basically be a free gift. If someone is prepared for such things to happen, than i can put this in the tourney finder.

I say this because there have been tournaments in the past with "guaranteed prizes" that were never given out because the entrance fees never paid for the prizes.

Oh yeah. The prizes are set no matter how many people show. ODU's APASU organization has paid for everything. So if 3 people are the only ones to show up, they'd each leave with a prize for the 15$ + 5$ venue fees.

Chu - It was good to have you here, even if you did take the Wii, heh. Your reflexes are insane, and you're great at being patient and reading your opponent. Inspiring, really. I plan on coming to the biweekly on the 21st for another shot at winning my dollar back. ^.^ I guess what sucks is that your first match of the tournament was against one of my best friends, who was trying to recover some of his smash dignity after a few recent losses to CStick. =\

The_Doug - These matches come so close. I needed mah Green Greens! Everything was going good until that last game, and then I felt like I wasn't playing my best anymore. All in all, you deserved the victory, and that's how it went. We must practice sometime, man. You're invited to my place anytime I don't have work. And lol @ me being underage for drinking.

CStick - I'm so sorry that I had to be lame and waveshine for the victory, but you're too good for me to try anything else. It really sucked having to play you for 3rd place... Otis would probably disagree, lol... "No mercy!" But your Falcon is amazing. G-reg would be proud.
