Youko's back!

By the way, Gimpy, I noticed the lack of detail as well, and also thought Walugi was playable at first because I didn't look at the yellow coloring at the side either..

Panda, it's Sothe in English. I've never seen the Japanese spelling, but I don't think it's pronounced 'soothe' in English.

Pretty interesting easter egg, SP. I take it you've watched Higurashi no Naku Koro ni? (and the sequel series, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai)

If not...I'm sorely disappointed.

Panda, have you seen School Days?

Stereotypes aren't good and everything, I suppose but there has to be a little bit of truth for them to start in the first place and to be perpetuated.

Hmm, why not Panda's Tokyo Tales, or did you go all around Japan? Or Nihon no Naka ni Panda Densetsu, which I probably butchered because my Japanese is terrible.

You, go watch School Days if you haven't. It's based off of an eroge, but it's still good. This is a standing order. Also, if you haven't heard of it and don't know what it's famous for, don't look it up.

(You don't have to watch it if you don't want to, but it is good)

I dunno what you guys are talking about with Wario's overalls, I think they look fine quality. If you're talking about the fact that his overalls aren't denim like Mario's, I don't see how that's an issue. It's just a different kind of fabric. I think it looks good with his whole "fat elf" look.

Oh, believe me, I've heard of school days and I MORE than know what it's famous for.

Truthfully, that was next on my list of series I plan on watching (since it's nigh impossible to find good Gurren-Lagann subs anywhere)

Yeah, I just gave up with Gurren-Lagann and downloaded the batch of mixed subs. No one subbed it all the way through. That's good that you know what School Days is famous for though. My friend had never heard of it before he watched it and I think it took him off guard. Plus, the whole circles of intimacy with names in Japan threw him off too.

Well, if you know how eroge work, I think you would be able to figure out the ending. I saw what was coming, but there was still a huge wtf factor.

Nice boat was a good call on the networks' part given what happened that day. Plus, everyone loves memes.

By the way, I can't believe you mentioned PTI! I love that show! You won't understand how excited I was when I found out Kornheiser was doing Monday Night Football. (Better Cless? :D)

Yeah, I noticed that too. He said, "This water tastes funny."

Very funny, as always, Samurai Panda. You should really have Gimpyfish and Y-Ko on more often. How do you spell "Y-Ko's" name? Is it Why-Ko? Is it Y-Ko? Is it: Wi-Ko? I'm so confused XD

Speaking of, Gurren Lagann is a great anime that should be watched, and I hear it's coming to America at some point. I say that's good, since the DVDs will most likely have Japanese dubbing :D

Yosh! SamuraiPanda likes One Piece! Cool stuff. I as well started watching anime with DBZ, and I wanted more. One Piece was that "more" that I was looking for. Eiichiro Oda (the author of One Piece) was inspired by Akira Toriyama (author of Dragon Ball), so I figured I give it a shot. One Piece is amazing, I highly reccomend it to everyone (not Naruto!). DO NOT WATCH 4Kids One Piece (hell, don't watch 4Kids anything!), however, FUNimation's dub of One Piece so far is fantastic. The problem is that they've only dubbed a couple of episodes so far. Just watch the Japanese version, you will love it.

Other anime I'm into include The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Death Note. Again, very amazing anime. Dubs for these are very well done, but the Japanese version is always better in the end. Give them a try! You won't be dissapointed!

*ahem*

Ah, yes Smash Bros. That's a cool game.

This is what they were talking about, guys:

Personally, to me, those do NOT seem like extended sleeves. So I can understand why people feel those are the power-ups.

Nice job choosing your wording in the JaPanda Story Time easter egg. Wow, that was an interesting story you had there.

True, the original performances are almost always better than the dub (though there are some fantastic dubs out there if you know where to look), but I have to say that the Death Note dub conveyed the awesomeness of the potato chip scene far better than the original...

But that's just IMO. ;)
