Super Vs Battle: World is an upcoming (early 2009) fighting game event being planned by UK fighting game community Neo Empire.

This event will be 3 days event. it is going to be an international tournament where players from France, Germany, Spain, and more all over Europe go and compete in the Tournamnet. The tournament games haven't been decided yet and staff are still very open to suggestions. However, in order for them to host smash bros, there must be a big turnout for it. if any of you international players are interested in getting Smash Bros to be a SVB tournament game, then let the people from neoempire know.

Edit: Thanks for all your support guys. We could expect some news about the event at the start of 2009. If smash bros melee is comfirmed as a tourney game for SVB, I will or another smash player will give you guys the information about the tourney As soon as possible.

I think we need to do mass advertisement at one point in time. We design leaflets and pass them onto friends who play smash and stuff and at Anime Expos and the like. Then we MIGHT be able to see things grow

Guys, try and dig as many players as possible from all forums and **** like AiB to Sign up on neo Empire and Smashboards

They wont be updated on Events unless they are on one of these two...

Also whats the possibility for a turnout of like 100 for Smash at SvB when it comes along?

I have just read this thread properly and I like whats going on, anyone actually know the probability that this will happen and where the tourn will be hosted, like what area basically not precise locations.

It would probably be done near islington...but I personally have no clue.

The chance of this actually happening, hurmm, depends on if we prove that smash is popular to them (which should already be done lol, hey our ranbat has more turnout then your main tournaments)

Hopefully it does happen though, cause its also a multigame 3 day event, maybe we can tell the other europeans about it
