Should snake even be in brawl?

He has very little relation to nintendo, the NES metal gear games sucked, & the new games are all on playstation systems. plus, having snake in the game just makes it feel like an MGS4 ad. It's giving me this weird feeling that super smash bros. is gonna turn into soul calibur. What do you guys think?

Because IIRC, Snake was supposed to be in Melee but wasn't due to time constraints so Sakurai talked to whoever the hell the other guy was and promised him to be in Brawl.

/Ignore that as it's just what I've heard and is probably wrong.

Try General Discussion, this type of stuff is better suited there. You can also discuss why Sonic is in the game.
