i have completed the subspace emmisary
not 100 % though
i have used oll my golden hammers on rubbish that i dont need
so should i completly start again
to get all the characters agin ect
help would be much appreciated

I'm not sure why you are spending your time trying to beat it 100%. Those challenges are just little diversions, im sure 99% of the people here will tell you that the interesting part of the game comes from actually playing it, not completing achievements.

tl;dr: don't delete your data. subspace sucks.

It's basically your choice. Eventually you'll have to do all of that stuff over again once you're forced to find another Wii (since this data can't be copied).

Just complete the hard challenges without the hammers instead- I'm doing it.

The only trouble I have is that I can't do boss battles to save my life .
