With tap jump off :
up (hold) -> X -> slide my finger to A as soon as I live the ground
Timing is kinda hard here.
With tap jump on :
up -> down before I leave the ground -> cstick up the next frame -> up to DI just in case
The DI is messed up here if you get hit while you're pressing down.

Smash Journeyman
I play wii-mote + nunchuck and I've configured it so that the vertically held wii-mote has its directional keys set to their respective smashes (besides F-smash), so all I do is press jump on the left hand and U-smash on the right. Pretty simple; ;P

Tap X then press my thumb down on the A button. Since I main Marth, most of the time I'll fast fall it for spacing reasons.
