READ THE EDITS!

Shielding, Shield Grabbing, and Short Hopping were confirmed.
Fast Falling was confirmed in a Sonic VS Link match.
Now people may not think this is a big deal, but think about it this way.
Imagine if to appeal to other audiences, they took all the techniques out. EVERYTHING.
Then our beloved smash would become a big button mash of doom. I think everyone should appreciate this, especially as even if wave dashing is taken out, god forbid, at least we'll still be able to play on a competitive level properly.
By the way, for anyone wondering how all these were confirmed in the video:
Shielding (Seen multiple times in the video)
shield Grabbing (The guy says how to do it while explaining the controls.)
Short Hopping (On the first match, Mario short hops.)
Fast Falling (Confirmed on a Sonic VS Link match.)
Sorry if this is old news, I just think everyone should be rejoicing about smash still being competitively fertile, not just pondering if ONE technique will be in.
EDIT: Kinda already known but for anyone who dosent know, Character intros and endings confirmed.
EDIT: In the sonic vs Link match, Sonic is standing very near to the edge, then he (WITHOUT JUMPING) grabs onto the edge as if he did a wavedash onto it. Not jumping to conclusions here though, can anyone else disprove this?
EDIT: POWERSHEILDING CONFIRMED! Link attacks sonic with his sword and sonic clearly sheilds with a very bright sheild, negating the attack completely.
EDIT: LINK CAN CHARGE HIS UP-B!
EDIT: Dodging confirmed, Sonic dodges repeatedly against Link.
EDIT: Super Sonic confirmed to be a final smash.
EDIT: For anyone looking for the exact moment where mario SH's, 1:21.
EDIT: I think people should also appreciate the fact that we got to see a lot more items in these videos, for example that block thing with the spikes coming out of it.
EDIT: Oh btw, I know it's already been confirmed by a lot of people, but for the hell of it, Air Dodge is confirmed, Mario does it to get back on the edge in the video.
EDIT: Advance Wars Assist Trophy confirmed.
EDIT: Insanely smexy graphics confirmed, Also you have to hit smash balls until they give you their power, and then you can SAVE UP your smash ball power for later, because only by pressing your special button do you activate it, am I the only person who thinks that's genius?
EDIT: Not a big deal, but at the end on a match it all slows down. That's so freakin cool.
EDIT: Wow, at first, I thought sonic was WAY overpowered, but it turns out using him is also very risky due to his speed which balances him out well. That's good for people who enjoy training with characters a lot because it will add a lot of purpose to Sonic training.
