I have multiple Shoddy Accounts but my Main is the same as my SN here.

Brian alot of my ideas come to me in class and only work after several tweakings. For instance I have over 70 UU teams just because I'll change a few things test if I like them but never save over the old file.

But if you'd like I can help you team build, I'd rather you give me a general outline(Pokemon you want and what kinda of team you want). Movesets and EV's are the easy part, picking pokemon with synergy who cover each other well thats a difficult business.

depends which you need more. swampert fits on a balanced/defensive team, while heatran is great for offense teams imo

First thing I noticed was that a Magnzone could give this team huge issues as all 3 of your steels are choiced making it easy to come in on a resisted move and ****. Ill give a better rate after im done showering and doing some other stuff.

Might wanna go with shuca berry since this is a lead, but this works.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 198 HP/252 Atk/60 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower

CB Scizor is CB Scizor, he feeds in well to your lucario and mence in particular, solid set.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 188 HP/252 Def/70 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Electric]

This vap is pretty much what's keeping your team from being swept by jolly DDgyara, so keep him safe, especially since you have no other revengers. Generic vappy keeps your team together well and saves you from crocune as well.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Protect

MysticGar isn't that effective since after protect blocks the opponent's attack, your response is so telegraphed only an idiot would leave in their scizor after seeing you use protect on their bullet punch. Try sub over protect, it gives you a lot of the same benefits and lets you deal with ttar better by helping to protect against a focus blast miss, plus it helps you to scout their item (ttar hitting you with pursuit first is a sign that it's scarfed, same with rotom and shadow ball, etc., you tying with a latias that is sent out against you says that it ISN'T running a scarf and has hp fire, etc.).

Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Roost

Since this set is running roost, you could try Dragon Claw over Outrage so that you have some choices open as far as recovering vs. suiciding into a steel. A lot of things will expect to bait out an Outrage then go to scizor to bp revenge, but not locking yourself into outrage is the key to avoiding that. Then again, subGar helps vs. scizor, so either choice is fine.

Lucario @ Choice Band
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Close Combat
-ExtremeSpeed
-Crunch
-Ice Punch

I don't really like banded luc, he feels very predictable imo and doesn't really deal well with his counters (even ice punch vs. gliscor/flygon isn't as effective as one might like, as it's a horrible attack to be locked into otherwise). Your team is also very weak to a few speedy threats like NP Azelf, Starmie, and Jolteon, and a catch-all revenge killer would help vs. those. I'm going to suggest a scarfed Latias even though it's mad generic. 252 spa/252 spe/4 hp, Dmeteor(pulse)/surf/tbolt/trick, it is probably the metagame's most effective way to tie up loose ends to a team because of its bulk and type coverage.

Even if you don't go with latias, a scarfed revenger that isn't your lead heatran is probably best to keep your team safe from setup sweepers. A good secondary choice for this is flygon, since he resists a few key types that your team needs and can come in on a lot of attacks that other members of your team bait out. Jirachi is another good choice, although speed tying with Mence is generally not the best of ideas to rely on... :(

Starmie is also a great choice as a scarfer, its type coverage is great and you can still pull out trick on crap that thinks it can wall you (just watch out for getting caught tricking a latias that comes in to absorb a hit)
yeah. my thoughts, i'm no expert but give them a try.

I'm thinking about putting together an OU team again.
So far I plan on using:
Metagross lead
Lucario (SD)
Latias (Specs? Maybe Calm Mind)
Gliscor

I kinda don't know what else I should use to round out the team, though.

Along with Leftovers
~ Body Slam
~ Earthquake
~ Return
~ Selfdestruct

F u! D:
I'd post my team but I doubt I'd actually any good criticism/help.

What would be a GOOD approach for a Snorlax?

that's a fine approach for a snorlax

he makes a nice switch-in to walls that won't use toxic and special attackers like heatran.

Same EVs, crunch(pursuit?)/body slam/eq/fire punch(selfdestruct)
he has a few other options in parentheses, but he has pretty good coverage and can come in on non-SE special hits and is a pretty good transition pokemon overall.

he doesn't do great with physical hits, but that's why you have some other physically defensive pokemon (like gliscor) to take hits like that for him anyway.

yeah that moveset was terrible

3 normal attacks + earthquake, you're asking to be completely walled by a levitating ghost or skarmory

and snorlax would best be a special wall, not physical

I think snorlax is my least thought about Pokemon to be honest. When I was making a team I asked my gf what Pokemon to put in and she said Snorlax. So I'm either gonna scrap him soon or actually try something.

Now that I look at him he has Crunch instead of Return. Don't know why I typed up return. O.o

I'm wondering though. I lead with Gengar and whenever a Scizor is up against me, what should I do? I have EV's on Speed and SpA. So I go for a Focus blast since I have a focus sash or switch into someone else?
