shining force

for many years i have been a fan of the shining serie, since shining in the darkness actually. and since last sept. when i heard about the new one thats comeing out ive been playing them alot more.
that said, this thread is for anyone who knows the series to speak up, tell weather you like it or not, maybe you favorite one, your fav. character from any of them (mine is kiwi from sf2, or penn from sf3) and what you thought of the "odd" ones for the ps2 and most inportantly, how you feel about the new one comeing out on the ds this year.

Shining Force Feather, right? Yeah I'm not that big of an SForce fan, but one of the main characters (Alfin) is drawn my one of my favorite anime artists (Noizi Ito).

And that pretty much the reason why I'm getting this game xD. Oh, and the gameplay is nice, from what I've seen, and I liked EXA.

If it's JPN only, I'll just import it -_-

Shining Force is the ****.

Shining Force 1 has a great story while Shining Force 2 has the better gameplay.

Favorite Shining Force 1 characters: Zylo, Max, Bleu, Domingo
Favorite Shining Force 2 characters: Slade, Peter

I never played SF3 or any of the remakes. I won't be playing that new one because I'm too nostalgic over the other 2 games I'll get pissed off when I see the art design while playing it.

so far the only shining games i didnt like were exa, and neo, they were just dumb...
sf3 was great, they finished a fan trans. for roms. shining in the darkness and the holy ark were fun too, but i prefer the force games. the soul series is one of the most fun rpg's i ever played.

Did anyone play the Shining Soul games on GBA. Those were super fun, I hope they make an action RPG like that for DS.

so....feather hit japland a few days ago, last thursday to be exact, and i cant find any **** videos of it. is there a japenese youtube i can hit up, like the uk one...but japenese? im sure that if there is it would be there.
