nobody's here and the people i talked to (dajuan alan and sheridan) are iffy about coming without a guarantee of more than 4 people so i'm going to abort this

sucks but oh well (i don't mind, but it would definitely suck for someone to make it all the way here only to find out there's only 3 people)
