Like, seriously, this is the easiest thing to do for money.

That's like, bus tickets to Cali and a plane ticket to LA. Honestly, I would do this several times if I could. I would keep it shaved for years if I kept getting money.

Shaving an eyebrow is, as Atlus already said, an easy yes.
However, imo, the tattoo is a bad idea because not only would you have to PAY to get it, but what about if you want to get rid of it?
Pretty sure it ends up costing more than it's worth.
